It all depends on how old the cable is and how easily they can upgrade
it, denver proper is much older and harder than most of the outlying
areas.  if you can't get regular DSL, be sure to ask about IDSL, it's
slower, and more expensive, but better than nothing.
www.dslreports.com is a good place to look.
