Jeff,
I stumbled upon it the first time, and admittedly had trouble finding it again,
but here is one crooked path:

With a text doc on the desktop,
Help (button)
(select) Help Agent
Find (binocular button)
Index (tab)
(type in) modifying the standard template
Display (button)

et voila,
