Okay, then leave ICMP open but close TCP and UDP.

Actually, it won't break traceroute completely, you'll just get timeouts
from the first few hops until you get off the @Home network and out of
the 24.x.x.x range.  The replies aren't sent back through the chain,
they come directly from each router in the path.
