Or, if you're lazy like I am, use X-CD-Roast to create the ISO.
*(Still uses mkisofs, just hides the "hard" stuff... I *can* do
it with mkisofs, but sometimes a GUI is the path of least
resistance -- particularly when bundling a lot of files into
the ISO from different places.)
