[CLUE-Tech] Laptop Repair

Don't go to CTI.  They broke more than they fixed.  Fixed reset switch, 
broke cooling fan, USB ports, Serial ports, and Windows compatibility. 
 Or was that last one really a broken?  Windows will no longer install, 
but Linux works fine.
