[CLUE-Tech] Apace/PHP Brain-Cramp on HTTP_REFERER?

Well, a very simple problem, and one which you'd think somebody would
mention someplace. I can understand referer not being set if you type the
URL into the location box. But also, if you load the URL from a page on
your machine which you've loaded using a file:// URL instead of an
http://localhost/ URL, Galeon, Netscape, and Mozilla all do not send the
referring URL. I guess I can see the thinking behind that.
