[CLUE-Tech] Good online PHP/MySQL reference site?

Hi Folks.

Lately, www.php.net has been slow as molasses (in the antartic). Zend.com
is fast, but I've not found it to be complete.

So, can anyone recommend a good on-line function reference for php/mysql?
