Xig makes a CDE for Linux. It's a commercial product which is design
to run on top of their Accelerated X server. It incorporates Motif's
API and comes with korn shell <http://www.xig.com/Pages/DeXtopGUI.html>.
From what I remember it's a good implementation of CDE, but it's not
free.
