[CLUE-Tech] Slack +httpd(Apache)-2.0.25 start errors

OK,
Did you basic build on my Slack-8.0 box of http-2.0.35, type apachectl 
start give the follow error
in error_log:

[Tue Apr 30 18:00:28 2002] [warn] pid file 
/usr/local/http2035/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of 
previous Apache run?
[Tue Apr 30 18:00:28 2002] [emerg] (22)Invalid argument: Couldn't set 
permissions on cross-process lock
