[CLUE-Tech] Ricochet is in Denver

If I'm not mistaken, Ricochet is some kind of a wireless internet service 
that had to fold a year ago due to financial problems.  Their commerials 
always showed people sitting around with laptops in city parks, etc 
surfing the 'net.  I'm assuming it's kind of like Sprint's new 3G service, 
but I could be wrong.
