[CLUE-Tech] Memory tester.

In cleaning up the alphas we have for the auction, I'm running badblocks
on them to check the disks out.  I'm also exercising the floppies and
cdroms to make sure they work.

Does anyone know of a good way to test the memory the way badblocks does
the disks?  Some systems have bios code to do that (but not these
apparently).  I'd like a utility - I could compile the kernel but I
don't want to do an install just for that.
