[CLUE-Tech] bind 9.2.1

ugh, I dislike Red Hat for this reason:

[root at fimble staver]# rpm -U bind-9.2.1-0.7x.i386.rpm 
error: failed dependencies:
        bind-utils = 9.2.1-0.7x is needed by bind-9.2.1-0.7x
        bind = 9.2.0 is needed by bind-devel-9.2.0-8
[root at fimble staver]# rpm -U bind-utils-9.2.1-0.7x.i386.rpm 
error: failed dependencies:
        libisccc.so.0   is needed by bind-9.2.0-8
        libisccfg.so.0   is needed by bind-9.2.0-8
        liblwres.so.1   is needed by bind-9.2.0-8

I'm only trying to upgrade to the lastest version of bind for Red Hat
7.3.  Can someone tell me where to find these libraries?
