Huh?  Do you mean mirror as in RAID or mirror as in duplicate?

For RAID, Google says look at ccd(4) and vinum(4).

For duplication you have dd, cp -ax (though you have to spell out the
three params -a represents), tar, cpio, and probably a few others.
