Yes, those are the current settings, and I've tried a few others.

I took a look at the tangle of cables in the rack that it's sitting in
and found basic ps/2 interfaces for the keyboard and mouse leading into
a kvm switch.  The generic devices *should* work.

I'm going to take another crack at it today and experiment with a few
more settings.
