[CLUE-Tech] Can't update apache-1.3.19-5 to apache-1.3.22-1

Trying to update apache on RH 7.1 but getting failed dependencies everywhere:
error: failed dependencies:
         mod_bandwidth is needed by apache-1.3.22-1.7.1
         mod_put is needed by apache-1.3.22-1.7.1
         mod_throttle is needed by apache-1.3.22-1.7.1
         libmm.so.11   is needed by apache-1.3.22-1.7.1
Then try:
[root at leviathan jesus]#
386.rpm mod_throttle-3.1.2-3.i386.rpm bandwidth-2.0.3-2.i386.rpm 
mod_put-1.3-2.i3

error: failed dependencies:
         apache < 1.3.22-1 conflicts with mod_bandwidth-2.0.3-2
         apache < 1.3.22-1 conflicts with mod_put-1.3-2
         apache < 1.3.22-1 conflicts with mod_throttle-3.1.2-3

How does that work, as I haven't been able to get 1.3.22-1 to update?
What's the best way to go about this?
