If you can use the same funcitons as a mail list manager software, ezmlm
in combination with qmail always gets *really* good marks. I think much
of your choice will depend on the management functions you need.

As a reference point, we are currently using WorldCast, which is, well, less
than stellar. You have to wait for all the mails to be sent out first, then
send the next batch (i.e., no scheduling/queuing)
