Yes, all the official mirrors have been swamped for days.

I ordered a copy of RH 7.3 (personal, not pro) from Red Hat yesterday
and it should be here before the end of the week.  I'll be happy to
setup an http iso mirror on one of our machines here at Mines as soon as
it arrives.
