[CLUE-Tech] RedHat 7.3 has gone totally weird

Yeah, I guess I use Red Hat specifically on a network of some type, so
I've never had this problem.  I'm always connected to the 'net, and I
don't monitor the network connections going out too closely.  So, it
could very well be that app, but I couldn't tell you for sure.
