I am having a proble with mail timeouts delivering mail to a specific
domain (oreilly.com) ... I have been asked:


	One thought: does you kernel have ECN turned on? Our routers do not 
	support ECN at this time. We're waiting for it to be a full IETF 
	standard before we spend time supporting it. (We're really short 
	handed.)

	
Where would I check this?

Any other ideas about tweaking exim to be less sensitive to timeouts
during the SMTP session?
