Check out the following.  Note that ns1.ghpia.com doesn't seem to exist as a
running DNS server.  Inconsistency between QWEST/USWEST A records is
rampant, read broken, even if you move away from their service.  Qwest A
records seem to get updated okay, but the USWEST DNS services seem to get
stuck.  In your case, the reverse appears to be true.  I think you'll get
better results once this is fixed, or at least have better luck
troubleshooting the problem.
