[CLUE-Tech] Stump the Stiffs IV: Yo Mama's Music-Launcher

As an extension to the recursive MP3-playing script we developed last
month, I would like one of you to determine the file-type and launch it
with the appropriate player. In my music collection, I have MP3's, Ogg
Vorbis, MOD, and MIDI. I'd like to add my MOV and MPEG videos (At which
point I'd have to call it a 'media' collection, wouldn't I?), but as far
as I know, there is no MOV or QT player available for Linux. OK, to
sum-up:

Submit me a script which will automatically crawl subdirectories from an
arbitrary 'media-root', finding files of the above four types (at
least), playing them in order or shuffled (sb users-choice), and using
the right player for the file-types encountered (playing OGGs in mpg123
sounds terrible...)

First usable submission, with or without fix-able bugs, wins a link to
my collection of 250'ish disks.
