[CLUE-Tech] New tip for pager

I still want to know how to create a menu button on the taskbar in KDE 
without having to drag one from the menu.  For example "Netscape" which 
doesn't come with the standard installation.  I can create one on the 
desktop, but it refuses to be moved or copied to the taskbar.
