Boot Windoze (that's the preferred spelling, BTW).

Install Mozilla for windoze. See if Mozilla will import your IE bookmarks.

If so, then export them in XBEL, boot Linuz, mount your VFAT partition,
fire up Mozilla or Galeon and import them.
