Looks like size and share are reported in KB.  From:

"So, the actual memory used uniquely by an application is RSS - SHARE."

Looks like most of the memory used by kdeinit is shared by all the 
processes.  You're really using 20MB or less, not 100MB.  Probably 
nothing to worry about.
