[CLUE-Tech] Migration M$ Outlook to Evolution?

Have a client that wants to migrate his Outlook
info into Evolution.  The only options I see Outlook
can save in is .pst, Evolution only takes in .vcf,
.mbx (Outlook Express 4), .ics, and .ldif formats.
This is a standalone unit that dials up, so no
Exchange server or similar involved.

Any thoughts or pointers would be appreciated.
