[CLUE-Tech] Getting the IP

Thanks for your inputs, everyone.  I should have
stated that the DHCP server is a Windows box that I
have no access to, so some of the suggestions cannot
be logically pursued.  The one from Jim Ockers (thanks!)
looks promising, as I do have control of the Linux
client box.  If that doesn't work, I'm going to beg
for fixed IP addresses for my labs.

I appreciate your suggestions.
