What, this isn't your idea of reliable hosting?
http://www.trygve.com/furbeowulf.html ;-)

I've been using Front Range Internet for over 2 years. Good ISP. I can
even supply you with the chat script to get connected. They have an
example one on their site, but mine's better. One thing they did recently
which moderately annoys me though, is they filter out ICMP from dialup.
So, I can no longer ping or traceroute from my home machine. However, I
don't find I miss it much.

They probably won't be quite as linux-friendly as Techangle, but they
don't insist on stupid fixes like rebooting your computer either. They run
BSD/Apache, and some of their front-line techs do know what Linux is. As
an added bonus, they provide spam filtering -- user configurable (
http://www.mailarmory.com/ ).

If you decide to use them, lemme know, so's I can collect on the referral
bonus. ;-)
