[CLUE-Tech] Login shell w/ SSH

I have a small configuration issue here: I have a machine that I
frequently log into with SSH; I've created a custom command prompt to
make it obvious that I'm on the other machine (and cuz it's cool :-) but
apparently when I log in over SSH that's not considered a login shell,
because the .bashrc doesn't get run.

What do I need to do to have .bashrc invoked when I log in over SSH?
