[CLUE-Tech] Printing the top half of a doc on the bottom half of a page

Hey all,

Anyone got an idea why my printer will only print on the bottom half of
a page the top half of a document?  This does not do it in Open Office,
but does in Evolution and Mozilla.

I'm using CUPS and I don't find any settings wrong and I can print a
perfet test page with it, but am at a loss as to where to look now.
