Worked for me.  I copied your key from your email (including the begin 
and end lines) and pasted it in the form.  The result was:

Your submission has been added to the key server database.
New public keys added : 1
New identifiers (userid's) added : 1
New certificates added : 1

Perhaps the server was cranky when you tried.
