[CLUE-Tech] Cannot complete java installation

I tried swaping export for setenv and I got the same output:
No such file or directory.

I've used several versions of linux but I can't seem to get the hang of
it. I have never been able to get java working on any system. Maybe I am
overlooking something simple. Should I be in a particular directory when
I execute the command?
