[CLUE-Tech] Error configuring outlook express

Hi,
Iam Archana here and i'm trying to configure the outlook express
for my yahoo ID.when i try to send the messages it give ma an 
error

" The SMTP server has responded with an error "error number 
:0x800ccc60"".

When i try to receiver the messages it gives me an error saying
"Therehas been a problem loggin onto u'r mail sever,Your username 
or password was rejected .Server repsonse"ERR error logging in"
error number:0x800ccc92"

Please help!!!!!!!
