...but I can't find/remember- I find that when I'm using my laptop, once in
awhile , i need to restart the network interface- like moving from one drop
to another or plugging in the cable after the machine has been started.
right now I'm running RH 9. I know that lnx-bbc and slackware both have
pcmcia network start scripts built in (\bin\something pcmcia start netconfig
or something) but that doesn't seem to be working...

Ideas?
