[CLUE-Tech] Hyperterminal, Minicom, and/or Lynx using TCP/IP?

Match,

No, the original question was trying to look at alternatives to
hyperterminal in Linux and most suggested minicom. I was aware of
minicom and some had said using xterm as well, but I had not taken it
any father than that becasue I was too busy to finish "training" her on
the process until now. It was only until recently when my wife told me
that she used Hyperterminal even at work on the network that I began
reevaluating the use of minicom with this new piece of info. So, since
my computer is on a lot and my wife normally uses Galeon to access her
webmail it was natural for her to continue to use TCP/IP (versus
minicom) and now can use Lynx/telnet to access MLS because it, in her
words, is faster for quick look ups rather than the web approach.
