I'm glad to know there is some interest in a Linux tutorial.  I've been 
thinking about doing something like that at an installfest, but to find 
more than one person who's really new seems to be a challenge.  There is 
also a 36 hour class I would be interested in teaching on evenings or 
weekends (though it may be a long time before I'm able to spend that 
kind of time on it).  Again, finding an audience isn't something I've 
figured out yet.

Are there other people out there who would be interested in a gentle 
introduction to the command line?  (I say command line because that is 
where the details tend to be visible.  Perhaps it sounds bigoted and 
something else would be better.)
