[CLUE-Tech] New Distro: ArkLinux

Bernhard "Bero" Rosenkraenzer, formerly with RedHat, is putting together
yet-another-linux-distro. Interview and links here:

Even though I don't yet know what this one is all about, any new distro is
obviously of interest to me, since I can't believe I'll be ugrading via RH
in the future.
