[CLUE-Tech] Spoke too soon! (ATI drivers, part 2)

Argh!  The drivers are working, same configuration as before, except now 
I have all the nessecary modules/libraries!  There is still one problem: 
  horrid performance.  Unreal Tournament 2003 (which ran about 30 fps on 
my Geforce2 MX) is now running around 5 fps.

I think I've either installed the wrong library versions or there's a 
configuration problem somewhere.  Any ideas?
