[CLUE-Tech] What are your cablemodem/dsl download speeds?

I'm curious -- does anyone know of a good way to determine upload
speeds? 

I recently used Bittorrent to download Fedora Core 1, and left it
running for a couple of days so other people could grab it... I think
the best upload speed (according to the Bittorrent client) was about
25K... shouldn't it be a bit faster than that, or does Comcast have the
upload capped at a much slower rate?
