Well, it depends if you have direct access to their
network or if it's remote.  If it's remote, I suggest
you check out some hacking guides, but if it's direct
access there are severel methods:  tcpdump if you
don't use switches and you're on the same subnet.  Of
course you could always install a keylogger, trojan,
VNC, or whatever.  Of course there is way more then
that but I need more info on the setup.
