[CLUE-Tech] aRts

So, Im lookin around in the kicker menu at the apps under
"Sound & Video" and I see aRts Builder is still there in 
Red Hat 9. Can any one tell me why that is there? Really, 
has any one ever used it? I have tried a few time over the 
years and it almost looks like it might be a cool toy but has
any one actually done any thing with it? It's like banging 
yourself over the head with a trout trying to make that thing 
create a simple tone.
