[CLUE-Tech] GIMP plug-in hack

I really liked the GIMP plug-in called Light Diffusion (under the lighting
filters) that worked with GIMP 1.2, but it doesn't work with GIMP 1.3.  I
found the source and I decided it might not be that hard of a hack to get
working... but I'm pretty unfamiliar with most of the Gtk datatypes.  I
was wondering if anyone with experience could help me with a parse error
that I'm getting.
