You'll just have to relay outbound mail through the Comcast SMTP servers, 
or some other server, since *.client.comcast.net is widely blocked.

Comcast blocks port 25 selectively when it gets evidence that the box is 
"owned" by a trojan. For instance, I extract data from my reject logs and 
fire it off to comcast once a week or so if I see particularly heavy spam 
runs from specific comcast IPA's.  However, most of the dnsbl's have 
*.client.comcast.net in their lists already, so that doesn't particularly 
matter.
