In 1972, I went to computer school with an ex zoomie computer 
operator.  Their logon screen had a message on it that "General X (the base 
CO) is an idiot. He and his entire staff are too stupid to figure out how 
to remove this message."  Supposedly it took several weeks to figure out 
how to get rid of the message.
