At the CLUE meeting last night, Jed didn't discuss how to submit one or more 
keys to a keyserver:

To send a single key (me at example.com):

$  gpg --send-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu me at example.com

To send all keys in your keyring (not recommended):
$ gpg --send-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu 

For a list of keyservers - http://www.keyserver.net/  - I got this URL from 
the GPG mini how to.
