Perhaps /usr/sbin/format is what you're looking for, it's similar to DOS
fdisk. Use /usr/sbin/newfs to create filesystems on slices.

If you're new to Solaris but you've already got a running system, I'd
*strongly* suggest learning the ins & outs of what you've got before
blowing it away. You might surf to http://docs.sun.com/ and browse
through the System Administration stuff. Learn how devices are
referenced and such.
