[CLUE-Tech] Qwest DSL Pricing Change [OBOY]

What Qwest DSL plan offers these data rates?  I currently have the
Qwest/MSN DSL package and would love to move away from it to a higher end
offering.  Could you let me know what the package/plan name is so I can
ask for it directly.
