Try it with anaconda or up2date sometime.  Bleh!

What a freakin' mess that machine was.  (Of course, I knew this going 
in -- but it was nice of the installer not to warn me that what I was 
attempting to do was probably bad for my health.)

Again, I just did it for "fun" but it completely blew up the machine 
and left it in a barely operable state.
