I'll go out on a limb and say yes.

Googling a little indicates that what you want might be the MSP feature, 
or perhaps a SMARTHOST.

If the sendmail docs don't make it easy to figure this out, you should 
get the sendmail book (O'Reilly).  And if that doesn't help you should 
switch to an MTA that can be configured by mere mortals.

Why are you using sendmail anyway?
