[CLUE-Tech] adding email user account

I want to be more clear that the reason for creating usernames like 
name at domain.com is so that we can give unique login id's for people to 
use with their mail clients which are easy to remember by them and make 
sense.  We've resorted to coming up with some combination like 
name.<part of domain> because there may be two users who want joe@ their 
domain.
