General overview of what hams do.  Why are you a ham, why would I want 
to be.  Even for those not at all interested in the specifics, hearing 
about a topic from someone passionate about it is interesting.  Assuming 
you have basic public speaking ability.

Then talk about how you use Linux.  How does it enrich your hobby?  Is 
there anything about Open Source that makes it particularly suited?  Do 
hams generally see intellectual property more like RMS or more like 
BillG?  Are there any parallels between ham culture and Linux culture? 
How about parallels between threats to either?

That's what I'd be interested in, though I'm not exactly a wide audience.
